1. Natural Variations At Somna Aura, we celebrate the raw beauty of the Earth. Please understand that crystals are natural products. Internal fractures (ice cracks), mineral inclusions, and slight color variations are not defects, but a testament to their unique journey over millions of years. We do not offer refunds for these natural characteristics.

2. Damaged During Transit Your energy tools are fragile. If your crystal arrives broken or severely damaged, please email us at support@somnaaura.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

3. Change of Mind Due to the energetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the cleansing ritual has been performed and the item has shipped. All sales are final unless the item is damaged in transit.

4. Shipping Costs Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
